Field Service Management

Need the ability to create a calendar event and assign to a team/employee without being required to create a job. This would allow the office to block out drive time, schedule training, shop time, supply purchases, etc. and the technicians would be able to see their full schedule from the mobile app.

Offer GreenSky financing as an alternative payment method so my customers can finance their payment when I sell them a service.

Ability to create recurring availability to block out the calendar (like lunchtime), and allow me to manage/delete individual occurrences within the series. Add this ability to be performed by double-clicking on the calendar.

Add the ability to have read-only administrative impersonation.
