The ability to send SMS through desktop would allow admin to send confirmation notifications to clients of newly scheduled appointments, possibly send follow up quality of service questions if there was automation involved to send after a completed job.

This feature will allow ServiceBridge User's customers to approve estimates that were sent from back-end or from a mobile device directly in Customer Portal. Part of this would be a specific link to that Estimate in the email body which customer should click and will be redirected to the document for review, approve or decline proposal.

We need the ability to send sms text messages thru the desktop/web version, not just the app!!
