Need the ability to create a calendar event and assign to a team/employee without being required to create a job. This would allow the office to block out drive time, schedule training, shop time, supply purchases, etc. and the technicians would be able to see their full schedule from the mobile app.

It would be more helpful and transparent if personnel availability would be shown on calendar even if they are not assigned to a team. It allows better planning. What happens now is we can plan full day work for 3 installers (planning is normally made 1 day before) and after installer is assigned we find out that he is not available. It is much better to know it when you are actually planning, before installer is assigned. Now, when day is planned and you assign installer you find out that he is not available.
Feature that you created is great, but please see if it could be modified for maximum efficiency.

Strongly second this, the ability to require a visit task that is not a sales appt, work order, or just general availability for customer follow-up, drive time, meetings, or other scheduling purposes would be useful. Something that would show on the web calendar as well as on the field team's daily schedule.

Very soon we will release the ability to quickly add availability items to the calendar by double clicking on a timeslot in a teams column. In the future, we will improve the calendar to show tasks and double clicking to add tasks.
