First, I want to say that we are really liking the new feature that allows us to send customers a payment link via SMS or email to pay an invoice. It has been very helpful for collecting payments. We would like to suggest a related feature that would help improve our workflow even further. Currently, the payment link can only be sent after an invoice has been generated. However, our company policy requires that we have a credit card on file before dispatching a technician to a job. Because of this, we often need customers to securely enter their card information before any work order or invoice is created. It would be extremely helpful if there were a way to send customers a secure link (via SMS or email) that allows them to save a credit card directly to their customer profile, without needing an invoice to exist first. This feature would allow us to: Securely collect a card on file prior to dispatch Reduce manual entry of card details by staff Improve PCI compliance and security Streamline scheduling and dispatch workflows Thank you for considering this request. Please let us know if something like this already exists or if it might be added in the future.

Sometime we need to schedule jobs from the field using the mobile app. We need to be able to see our team's availability so we don't schedule something on a day they are not available.

Im not sure why there isn't an option for a customer to add a tip while they are paying. Seems like a super standard feature that was looked over. Adding a line item is very unprofessional and defeats the purpose of a tip.

A feature where the technician can select a pricing group for a selected line item to automatically adjust the price for that line rather than editing the description and cost. Pricing groups are currently set to affect the customer not the line item where it should and would be better used as making variations on the line item. this would save time and effort from building multiple nearly exact line items. It should be compatible on phones not just the PC.

Enabling the technician to adjust the required deposit amount from their phone using the app rather than just changing the status from paid or unpaid. We can adjust it on the computer but not the mobile phones. some items are a paid in full.

Rather than bulk creation of jobs when marked as recurring, it should create the follow up job once the previous is completed. it should also allow for better due date tracking with rules such as if within 7 days of previous completed recurring job, then notify of due date upcoming. this is more efficient than the just make them show up for x amount of time and jobs. it also allows for better planning on routes. it also allows for the user to plan upcoming days according to the amount in one "zone". Allow for recurring jobs to be assigned zones when enabling recurring toggle.

Enable update for payment amount on the mobile device aka phones. The technician needs to be able to actively adjust the deposit amount based on the work. some items require the full payment while others require 50%. adding a list of rules for items would work.

I have spoken to Helen Derevyanik about this during my onboarding and I need to get it fixed. The state of Florida has a discretionary sales tax rule that applies to items that are over $5,000. The additional 1% tax that counties apply as sales tax on tangible property is only applicable to the first $5,000 of any individual item that is over $5000. I.E. if an item is $6000 the first 5k is taxed at 7% the remaining 1K is taxed at 6%. I am told this logic doesn't exist in SB but if we do not add this ability to the system we have a compliance issue with the State of Florida. Let me know what else I need to do to get this resolved.

Hello it would be nice to be able to request a receipt be sent to the customer via AI.

The feature to send invoices via tex is great - Estimates and maybe workorders via text are great options also
