it would be nice to have a payment receipt sent automatically to the customer once payment has been ran- having to go into the payment itself to send it seems like a lot of extra steps.

Ability to set tech preferences for each client. Whether it be for positive or negative feedback. For example, client A can NOT have Sally in their home. A flag would pop up on the dispatch board if assigned. Same if an employee is NOT assigned when they request a certain tech.

Set tags for each job that appear in the dispatch board. For example, a purple tag = granite cleaner for that job. Tags are set up on the back end and appear in the dispatch board, so they are quickly visible to techs to grab special items for that job for the day without having to open each job. It would help eliminate forgotten tools or supplies.

A suggestion to look into AI integration for WO/Invoice notes, customer service calls, smart scheduling, reporting, etc.

Is there a way that we can add the functionality of drawing on photos in ServiceBridge without having to mark up photos in our camera roll then upload to SB?

Adding the capability to mark up on pictures in the app would be very helpful to eliminate doing this offline and then uploading one by one

Can we please have features added to allow: Markup/drawing on uploaded photos. It is very inefficient to have to take photos, save elsewhere, add markup, resave, then go back and add to an estimate. Full video upload ability at the work order level, or at least the ability to link to videos housed elsewhere. It's often difficult to get a good macro photo of a home to see the full scope of the surrounding environment (e.g. what the ground looks like so we not only bring the proper equipment but charge appropriately, plus see the full ground/roof relationship to more accurately determine the pitch for the same reason). In-app photo rotation, for efficiency reasons similar to the markup request above.
