Need a way to easily rotate photos that are either sideways or upside down due to the way they were taken. Currently the only way is to download, rotate, save, upload, rewrite the description, and then move the photo from the end of the list to the proper location. Currently very time consuming.

A bulk download of photos creates a useless mess of a naming convention. I'd like to see a bulk down load to either A: sort the photos inside folders of Before, After, and Recommended, or B: Tag the name Before, After, or Recommended to the file name.

Being able to print a report to see what jobs were texted on a daily basis.

Would like it to show in the app when something has a confirmation status. When it says assigned it would be nice to have the confirmation symbol (phone, email) next to it, to show the rep/technicians that the customer has confirmed the date/time of the service, like it does on our calendar on the desktop.

We are needing a feature added where an email can be received, or a notification of some sort, when payment for invoices are paid through the online portal. Often we are waiting for a deposit payment prior to ordering equipment, scheduling installations, etc. Without any notification, this process is halted and causes major business disruptions.

The hospitality industry has constant turn over. We should be able to delete non-useful contacts from a customer card's contact list. It clutters the system and can lead to confusion when contacting old employees. If there is anyway to change it on the user-end for clients to adjust the main point of contact for scheduling and AP through their portal side so that it stays up to date, even better.

We would like to be able to set the color for each employee, as we use the color codes for the calendar and scheduling. Every time we enter a new employee, it changes the color scheme.

On the day of service there should be an automated or button to click to send out text reminders for that day like doctors offices do.

I can’t seem to see any attachments on my work orders for service.

Allow customers to reset their password to the customer portal. I get a few a month that say they used the link but never receive a reset.
