Unpaid Invoices /Bad debt
What is everyone doing for any unpaid invoices /bad debt? Just deleting the invoice? I'd like to be able to track this somewhere and keep track but I don't want the info to keep showing up as past due and or an open invoice in my reports etc when it is uncollectible.

Ability to delete items
As a user, I want to be able to delete my own customers, work orders, invoices, payments, etc. without having to contact support.

DELETE old contacts
The hospitality industry has constant turn over. We should be able to delete non-useful contacts from a customer card's contact list. It clutters the system and can lead to confusion when contacting old employees. If there is anyway to change it on the user-end for clients to adjust the main point of contact for scheduling and AP through their portal side so that it stays up to date, even better.

Defaulting requires a deposit to NO instead of yes
When you have the "Requires Deposit" feature turned on for your company, there needs to be a way to default to "No" instead of "Yes". We require deposits for about 5 to 10% of our customers, and so having to constantly toggle "Requires Deposit" from "Yes" to "No" is troublesome. Our customer service people often forget, thus we have a bunch of customers that do not require deposits whose profiles now say they do.

We would like to be able to integrate AI scheduling into SB calendar.

Won Estimates
We really need the API won estimates to notify us someplace other than an email from noreply since anytime an estimate is made, work order finished, suspended, invoiced sends with that email address it bury the "notification" that someone won and paid an estimate ensuring that the customer is missed. This is a HUGE blind spot.
