Finished Job Pop Ups
Option to limit what 'pop ups' appear when techs complete jobs in the field. Example; signature not captured, etc. There are numerous prompts and it becomes clustered when simply just trying to complete.
After Service Job Reports
We need to be able to edit the Service Reports AFTER they are uploaded by our techs. There is an option to edit but you CAN NOT EDIT them. You have to go in and RECREATE a Service Report and DELETE the one that is incorrect. This is very time consuming. With technology the way it is today, it should be a easy fix....This has been mention before but no solutions.
Alert when a note is added to a clients work order via the tech/employee. Helpful so office staff can see the note quickly without having to open each work order to check.
Option to Add Individual Personnel to Jobs via Mobile App
There currently is an option to change a team on a job via the supervisor role in the mobile app, but there should also be an option to add or remove personnel via the mobile app.
The option to add an employees availability. Part time, time off, etc. they show on the calendar ONLY when available.
Batch Print/Email Work Orders and Invoices
If a customer has several past due invoices and they request for a copy to be sent to them again, with the current features you have in place, we have to open each Invoice in SB individually and download each PDF and then email the customer, or we have to send 20 emails from SB with the invoices. It would be nice to be able to batch dowload all invoices at once or send all invoices from SB in one email only.
A Red Tick on Work Order Notes - If Notes Are Present
Much like the mobile app would be great to have a red tick if notes have been added to the 'notes ' 'private notes' and 'invoice notes when they are present.
