We’ve been using the app for quite a while and overall it has been working well for us. One challenge we’re running into is having to open multiple past work orders just to review equipment photos for a property. It would be extremely helpful if all photos uploaded from individual work orders could automatically save into a centralized “Photo History” section within the customer or property profile. Ideally, this would appear in a dropdown menu and include a visible date and time stamp for each photo. This would save significant time when reviewing equipment condition, tracking changes over time, and preparing estimates or troubleshooting issues. Thank you for considering this enhancement.

Service based system as an automated routine with automated payments. Agreement contracts are built around service type, client/location, reoccurrence with expiration date, and payment expectations with card on file or other payment options.

Please add automation to remind customers of open estimates at 2 intervals - 14 days from date on estimate, and 5 days from expiration date of the estimate. Prefer an automated email to the customer with the estimate link!! Thank you :)

The ability to send SMS through desktop would allow admin to send confirmation notifications to clients of newly scheduled appointments, possibly send follow up quality of service questions if there was automation involved to send after a completed job.

The process we use currently is: From an IOs device, my technicians can create recurring work orders every three months to revisit the home for a service. The problem we have is: Any pictures, line items, notes or other information that was uploaded to the original recurring work order, does NOT carry over to all other recurring work orders. Currently the only way to get the recurring information needed for each work order or location is for my office staff to go in on a desktop access and copy and paste that information or documents/images into the scheduler, which essentially feels like duplicating a task. The solution we want: Allow for all recurring work orders to have recurring information (service line items, pictures, notes, etc) carry over to all work orders that will autogenerate in the future.

it would be nice to have a payment receipt sent automatically to the customer once payment has been ran- having to go into the payment itself to send it seems like a lot of extra steps.

Is there a way that we can add the functionality of drawing on photos in ServiceBridge without having to mark up photos in our camera roll then upload to SB?

Can we please have features added to allow: Markup/drawing on uploaded photos. It is very inefficient to have to take photos, save elsewhere, add markup, resave, then go back and add to an estimate. Full video upload ability at the work order level, or at least the ability to link to videos housed elsewhere. It's often difficult to get a good macro photo of a home to see the full scope of the surrounding environment (e.g. what the ground looks like so we not only bring the proper equipment but charge appropriately, plus see the full ground/roof relationship to more accurately determine the pitch for the same reason). In-app photo rotation, for efficiency reasons similar to the markup request above.
