Would love to be able to create monthly or custom date statements to send to customers who request them. Like you can do with QuickBooks, with the date of invoice, invoice #, amount, Date of payment, type of payment and amount.

Would like to have the invoices in the customer portal. To allow our customers to see their invoices and which one's have been paid and which ones are open.

Would like to be able to see when someone is mark unavailable and why on the calendars. But it would also be nice to be able to mark that the business is closed so that all the employees can see it on the dashboard calendar and the app calendar. Along with holidays.

When multiple technicians are assigned to a work order, is it possible, to tell which user uploaded? Sometimes we have multiple technicians on a job site, each tasked with a different part of the service, but we cannot tell, which user uploaded the pictures, in order to make sure that each technician, uploads their photos

We are able to press and hold on services that we enter to re-order them. Can you implement the ability to press and hold to reorder pictures that have been uploaded to Work orders, estimates or other, or taken with the iOS app? Or offer a button at the top to "Edit" and "Rearrange". Thanks.

Would be nice on the app to allow you to select a customer category, like you can on the website. Instead of typing in the customer, we would like it so our reps can pull up a "route" (customer category) and see all the customers in that town.

Be able to add a third party payment portal to our invoices or in the customer portal. We use CardX and would like to be able to add our lightbox link to either the invoices or the customer portal to allow our customers to be able to pay without us having to remember to add it into the email. Or if there could be a box in the settings for the emails to add the link.

PLEASE make the "Edit Service" screen larger. Having a larger text edit box would allow for so much more visible work space to navigate the text when editing or adding line items. There can be a lot of information within these boxes sometimes and scrolling through a 6 line box is SO ANNOYING.
