Hello ServiceBridge Support Team, I am reaching out to request a feature enhancement regarding notifications. Currently, I am able to set up reminders for jobs and tasks, and I also receive estimate-related notifications. However, there does not seem to be a way to receive an automatic alert when a work order is marked as finished, particularly those generated from estimates. For my commission report, it would be very helpful if ServiceBridge could: 1. Send a push notification and/or email to designated users when a work order status changes to “Finished.” 2. Allow this to be linked back to the original estimate so we can better track the full workflow (Estimate → Work Order → Completion). And therefore our weekly pay, very important to know this. This feature would help improve communication between field technicians and office staff, reduce manual checking of the Work Orders list, and ensure timely follow-up with customers once jobs are complete. Could you please let me know if this functionality exists today in any form, or if it is something that could be added to your product roadmap? Thank you for your time and support.
