The ability to send a quote through text. Many older customers do not have emails. The ability to send through sms would be amazing.

I know I can add a photo of a product or service and access it on the mobile app, but I'd like to be able to add these photos to the job photos so it displays on an invoice automatically.

I want to be able to text the payment link to my customers instead of emailing it.

The new Calendar in the mobile app is great but all jobs got the same color (Blue) no matter what status they are. Need to be similar to desktop (like Green for Finished) + add filter so users can hide/show on different status

If a customer has several past due invoices and they request for a copy to be sent to them again, with the current features you have in place, we have to open each Invoice in SB individually and download each PDF and then email the customer, or we have to send 20 emails from SB with the invoices. It would be nice to be able to batch dowload all invoices at once or send all invoices from SB in one email only.

As a user, I want to be able to delete my own customers, work orders, invoices, payments, etc. without having to contact support.

Add item cost, job cost, total job cost, total job price, total job margin, and labor as calculated fields on estimates and work order details. Also make this data available in reports and the mobile app.

It's becoming more necessary as time goes by to have the ability to modify the service report prepared in the field by technicians. It's very time consuming when detecting errors, to try to get hold of the technicians to make the corrections, with the subsequent delay of the work. This feature will allow the Owner or Project manager to correct the error and proceed with the work with no delays.
