Hey Mike! We actually launched Job Confirmations to our Integrated Payment customers back in April. You can send a job confirmation via text directly from an estimate or work order. The customer can simply reply Y or N. With a Y reply, the Confirmation Status is update to show "text confirmed". We are also launching our Two-Way Messaging capabilities in October of this year, along with Automatic Reminders (text reminders for invoices due, estimates that need approval, and scheduled job reminders so your customers don't forget about appointments!)

Two-Way Messaging is a planned release for later this quarter. Capabilities include:
- Technicians in the field that are assigned to a work order can text customers directly from that work order or estimate and receive responses from customers directly in the SB Mobile app!
- Dispatch/Back-office staff can see all conversations between technicians and customers in the Message Center>Conversations
- Dispatch/Back-office staff will be able to reply to messages from customers from SB Web!
- Full conversation history is available on the Customer Contact record
- Starting a conversation from SB web with customers is on our roadmap for later this year.
