Warning for duplicate addresses

Can the system give us a warning when a duplicate address is created? We have husbands and wives call and both schedule an estimate for the same house, but since they are under different names we don't always catch them. Also with larger companies sometimes more than one person will call us creating confusion and duplicate accounts.

would be a great addition for us too, the slight issue we have when merging customers is when jobs set up for the same address on each file, we then have two locations for the same address. As a job record has been created for that location it cannot be deleted so we have two locations for the same address on same customer file. (after the merge) A warning would be good for some key fields appeared to be duplicating.

This would help us, especially since that way we would know if we already looked at a house for a previous owner. It could prevent unnecessary trips out there for jobs we can't do.

This is exactly what we are hoping to see added as well. This has been one of our bigger issues when scheduling during our busier time of the year. The rest of the system has been great for us, but would love to see a warning prompt us with the customer information that has the same/similar address.
