Hi All! Automatic Reminders are coming to ServiceBridge in October! These are customer facing, texted reminders that can be set up company wide! Estimate approval reminders (when an estimate is marked as Finished), Invoice Due reminders (auto-pay invoice reminders are skipped) and Scheduled Job reminders (X days before job as well as the option to send a reminder up to 5 hours before the job starts! Only applied to work orders that have both a date and time). Look for more details from ServiceBridge in the coming days!

I would suggest looking into SMS Assist / Lessen's systems for sending these out and tracking them for an ideal back end set up. I used to work for them and it worked great.
