We absolutely need more text options and even customizable.

I would suggest looking into SMS Assist / Lessen's systems for sending these out and tracking them for an ideal back end set up. I used to work for them and it worked great.

Each company is going to want this customized - 1 day, 2 days, 1 week reminder. We NEED this.
