Set Color for Each Team Member/Employee

We would like to be able to set the color for each employee, as we use the color codes for the calendar and scheduling. Every time we enter a new employee, it changes the color scheme.

Its ridiculous that this app is this old and they still haven't created a simple way to select custom colors. Every app in the world does that.

This should be a basic feature.

It is very disconcerting to our scheduler and any team member who look at the schedule, to have colors change at random just because we add/delete/change an employee.
