Michael, we actually just released this week (April 7) the ability to confirm both work orders and estimates with customers via text. You will find this feature available from WO/EST details and use the "Send Confirmation" button which will request a simple Y/N from your customers to confirm jobs. Their responses will display in the new Message Center.

Yvonne Daigle both! Field sales reps need to be able to send estimates 5o cli3nts and so does the office! The more ways we can get clients 3stimates, the better. Same goes for payments! Make it easy and people will do it....whatever the problem is, thats the answer!

Yvonne Daigle both for sure – but I'd prioritize SB web over mobile if you have to do them in order.

jesse fraser: Payments = Invoices sent via sms from the mobile device. Are there circumstances where you wouldn't want the invoice sent right away to the customer by the technician when the job is complete or they require a deposit?

Yvonne Daigle yes? I guess it would be similar to in App, where we can decide to not send an estinate to a client and just finish an estimate. Having the option is better than no option?
