Potential customers like options! Perhaps they wanted some time to decide on a certain product or service before approving. A check box next to a specified product/service for the customer to select or UN-select...would be awesome! Maybe they changed their mind and want the premium guard for their new gutter system!

Agreed! Jobber has this feature. We can put multiple items on the estimate and the customer can choose what options they want to include. It's then them upselling themselves without having to go back and forth with the salesperson on what options they want to go with.
