Hello, I've been trying to send 2nd invoices out for my boss, but it seems that I cannot do that and add my own message at the same time. For example, I want to send a copy of the invoice again entitled 2nd Invoice Notice with the body to read like "Here is another copy of our unpaid invoice. Please mail payment at your earliest convenience." This was just normal procedure for us when we had Harmony. Is there anyway I can do this anymore??? It requires me to be able to draft an email basically.

Totally agree. Subject line too, so it can say "2nd Notice", "Final Notice" etc.

Thank you for the input. Email management is a large bucket of work that will need to be done. Email management will and should include ability to preview email, edit email subject and body, in addition to many other things. This work is planned to be done but unfortunately not anytime soon. Anything that is operational and potentially affects/interferes with our ability to talk to/send estimates/schedule/invoice/collect from our customers should be prioritized over any change that is cosmetic at best. This would be one of them that should be done sooner than later.
Thank you.

We've had two franchises jump over to ServiceBridge recently, and both said their close rate went down significantly. This is one of the key areas we've identified that could be the cause. They can no longer customize the email message that goes along with the attached estimate. It's just a generic message (coming from a noreply@servicebridge.com email address to top it off.) I agree with Vince above. This needs to be a priority. We don't need a full-blown email tool ASAP, but just a couple of smaller updates would go a long way:
- Change the from email address (this is a HUGE detriment to have it coming from a noreply@ address.)
- Create a simple form, when sending an email from SB, that has a SUBJECT, and BODY fields.

Thanks for your input everyone! We've added the ability to edit invoice email body content, Subject Line, Attachments, TO, CC, and BCC fields .when sending invoices to customers.
You can now also specify the reply-to email address in your email preferences so customers can reply to the right inbox.
