It would be great to have more customization regarding automatic text reminders. Currently we are limited to (1) days-in-advance, and (1) day-of. Since our technicians text customers when they are on their way, this makes the day-of option moot. We would prefer to send more reminders days in advance, such as 7, 4, and 1 days in advance of the appointment.
In addition, we would like the ability to filter out what types of jobs get these reminders. The current setting says "Any scheduled job or estimate booking (has date/time)", but we don't want all Estimate bookings to get reminders, only scheduled WOs.
