It would be very helpful to have one of the following options:
  1. Ability to read job notes from the work order page so you can see more than one job at a time.
  2. Create a job alert that tells the office when a work order needs a follow up visit or an estimate for repairs.
  3. Be able to see notes from calendar view.
Clicking on each work order one at a time to read the notes is the only way we know if a customer needs a follow up for something. Please tell me if there's an easier way. It's very time consuming and it's just too much for me. We are opening 150 pools a week. I'm drowning in service jobs.
