Follow up, estimates and alerts

It would be very helpful to have one of the following options:
- Ability to read job notes from the work order page so you can see more than one job at a time.
- Create a job alert that tells the office when a work order needs a follow up visit or an estimate for repairs.
- Be able to see notes from calendar view.
Clicking on each work order one at a time to read the notes is the only way we know if a customer needs a follow up for something. Please tell me if there's an easier way. It's very time consuming and it's just too much for me. We are opening 150 pools a week. I'm drowning in service jobs.

We struggle with the same thing. We create a report that brings all weekly WO/Invoice notes into one place and use AI (Gemini) to summarize the notes for us by asking questions like "please identify all follow-up action items". It works really well.

My staff "suspend" wo when there is any sort of follow up. They only use "Finish" if the wo is ready for invoice.
