Being able to create a "Service Type" basically a customizable button drop down and still have the summary if someone needs to add a custom detail. To see this color coded or flagged differently from other jobs would be helpful. For example, my business focuses on 3 major types of services in the field. Servicing fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and installing fire safety lights and signs. Being able to see this to schedule some unscheduled jobs in work view would help out a lot!
