Easily Getting Emoji onto Work Orders Would enable us to communicate a significant amount of info about the job without having to write it out.
Personally it would be my preference that these symbols did not then end up on the work order.
Such things could include -
A phone for calling when on way
Red Exlamation for important
New - For new customers
There could be an endless list of things that could be communicated in the summary or in the notes just by a small picture.
