Would it be a possibility for the custom form fields that the technicians already answered to be stored in the cloud so that if the data gets purged from their phone they don't loose all that valuable data?
Many of our technicians make additions to their reports later on so this would be extremely helpful to them.
It would also be great if the supervisors had access to this information as well in case they need to add any additional notes or information to the report that's created from the custom form section.
