We’ve been using the app for quite a while and overall it has been working well for us. One challenge we’re running into is having to open multiple past work orders just to review equipment photos for a property.
It would be extremely helpful if all photos uploaded from individual work orders could automatically save into a centralized “Photo History” section within the customer or property profile. Ideally, this would appear in a dropdown menu and include a visible date and time stamp for each photo.
This would save significant time when reviewing equipment condition, tracking changes over time, and preparing estimates or troubleshooting issues.
