Hi Tom Natsis Thank you so much for your feedback!
I am happy to report that ServiceBridge is planning an update to the way that Automated Sales Tax works with our platform and QBO. We are going to make improvements so that the process of when taxes are updated is very clear and there will be some automation put in place as well to reduce manual work. I'll have a better update in the coming month but this is planned to be delivered in Q1 of 2027!
These updates are coming as a direct result of feedback like yours that we've received from customers. Please know that your feedback does make a difference in how we build solutions in our platform!
