When a new customer's zip code is entered, or needing to re-schedule an estimate, AI could automatically assign to the sales person covering that particular area/zip (we have multiple sales people who cover certain areas of our territory, so needing to divvy it up by zip codes), and pop up the best 3 available appointment slots based on existing appointments and routes...of course along with the less efficient available appointment slots below the top 3, giving both the scheduler and customer quick options to choose from.
For work orders & call backs with assigned techs...AI could locate nearest time and date based on existing appointments & jobs proximity on maps to recommend best appointment date/time slots. At this point, the scheduler has to have 2 to 3 other screens pulled up (map, calendar, list of zip codes per sales person...) to decipher what will work best (most efficient & convenient) for all: personnel, customer, salesperson and the company! Would save so much time and fuel and money if this were to function top of it's game!
