Can we please have features added to allow:
  • Markup/drawing on uploaded photos. It is very inefficient to have to take photos, save elsewhere, add markup, resave, then go back and add to an estimate.
  • Full video upload ability at the work order level, or at least the ability to link to videos housed elsewhere. It's often difficult to get a good macro photo of a home to see the full scope of the surrounding environment (e.g. what the ground looks like so we not only bring the proper equipment but charge appropriately, plus see the full ground/roof relationship to more accurately determine the pitch for the same reason).
  • In-app photo rotation, for efficiency reasons similar to the markup request above.
