IF CUSTOMER HAS IMPORTANT MESSAGES THAT ARE NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT ACCOUNT. THERE SHOULD BE A POP UP WHEN YOU BRING THE ACCOUNT UP. FOR EXAMPLE IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT A CERTAIN TECH TO SERVICE THEIR LOCATION WHEN YOU BRING THE ACCOUNT UP HAVE A POP UP SCREEN IT SAYS "TECH X IS NOT TO SERVICE LOCATION"
