Is there any plans to accept ACH payments? Authorization to debit directly from the customer's checking or saving account for the purpose of bill payment.

To utilize ACH Payments you will need to make an application through our payment partner.

In the ServiceBridge web app, visit https://cloud.servicebridge.com/accountingsettings and click the 'Apply for ACH Payments' button:

We are planning to add ACH Payment integration for our customers that use CardConnect. This feature will be ready by the summer.

Bill Cronin: unfortunately it’s still locked into Cardconnect. Need more merchant options as they are the worst!!!! Only reason we working on leaving Service bridge after more than a decade with multiple companies.

YES, that would be great! Or customer can pay with a credit card "online" when they receive their invoice
