I think it would be very helpful to confirm techs are at the right location, if on the web and mobil version a street view picture would be available. For instance you create an account for Rob Smith at 101 Main St, Anywhere USA. When you input the address in GPS it populates the street view from google (if available). This would helps confirm that they are at the right location.
